Click & Collect - Pick Up Instructions
A step by step guide on how to pick up your online “Click & Collect” order from the Trademaster store:
- Complete your order online by paying safely with your Credit Card at the Checkout page. If the products are in stock, your Tax Invoice/pick-up paperwork will be ready to collect in 2 hours from our store.
- An email order confirmation will be sent to your email. If you can’t find it in your inbox please check your JUNK mail folder.
- Take clear note of your Online Order Number (Order #xxxxx) which is displayed on your email order confirmation
- Arrive to the Trademaster Store carpark, and present your Online Order Number to our staff at the main Reception door. Also note your vehicle registration plate to our staff for loading reasons.
- Our staff will hand over your Tax Invoice and explain further pick up instructions
- If the item is small, they may hand it over to you in store. Large items are picked up from our on site Loading Docks A, B, C or D. Please allow some time for loading, we thank you for your patience.
Time Limits: Click & Collect orders for in-stock products must be picked up within 72 hours. Please email onlineorders@trademaster.com.au if you’re unable to.

Do you offer delivery/shipping ?
Yes, we offer shipping Australia wide starting from $9.90. Read our shipping guidelines below:
SHIPPING SMALL ITEMS AUS-WIDE: packaged in boxes/sleeves and shipped Australia wide. Flat Rates listed at the checkout. Please allow up to 7 working days shipping time for your order to arrive.
SHIPPING LARGE ITEMS WITHIN SYDNEY METRO (Wood Panels, Benchtops, Splashbacks): Flat Rate Delivery listed at the checkout. You will receive an email from one of our staff to confirm a delivery lead time or a specific delivery date. If a forklift is not available at your address, you must hand unload your order yourself from our delivery vehicle. You must inspect the goods on arrival, any faults found upon inspection need to be reported immediately.
SHIPPING LARGE ITEMS OUTSIDE OF SYDNEY METRO: Live Shipping Rates calculated at the checkout, delivering to NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, NT, WA & TAS. We used 3rd party couriers such as TNT, Couriers Please and Northline to deliver large and small products Australia wide.
SHIPPING LARGE ITEMS OUTSIDE OF SYDNEY METRO (Wood Panels, Benchtops, Splashbacks) : for residential addresses outside of the Sydney Metro region, shipping will only be to your nearest Collection Depot unless you have a forklift ! This means you must pick up your order from your nearest Collection Depot if you do not have a forklift at your address. View the locations of your nearest collection depot in our Logistics Policy link at the bottom footer.
FORKLIFT UNLOADING: If you have a forklift at your address, shipping can be made directly to your warehouse Australia Wide.
NOTE: We do not deliver fragile items outside of Sydney such as Windows, Sliding Doors, Mirrors and other Bathroom accessories. We do not ship flammable products such as solvents and adhesives outside of Sydney Metro. We do not ship to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes.

Who is Trademaster ?
Trademaster is an Australian owned and operated family business since 1981 serving the joinery, fit-out & building industry with the supply of raw and manufactured goods. We operate from our retail store, showroom and warehouse at 46-52 Ferndell St South Granville, Sydney NSW. We serve a wide variety of clients including trade, builders, manufacturers, commercial, distributors & re-sellers, DIY and the general public. We are committed to serving the industry Australia wide.

Where are you located ?
Our store is located at 46-52 Ferndell Street, South Granville Sydney NSW 2142 and is our only store location in Australia. We are conveniently placed between the M4 and M5 highway channels in South Western Sydney. Our showroom, store and warehouse is open 6 days a week, closed on Sundays.
Do you stock all of the products listed on your website ?
The majority of the products listed on our website are noted as “In Stock” and are available at our South Granville Sydney warehouse, ready for pick up or delivery. We stock thousands of sheets of Plywood, MDF, Laminate Benchtops, Particleboard, Hardware and other products, all under our warehouse. This is the benefit of choosing Trademaster.
If you require a bulk amount of materials, please enquire online to confirm sufficient stock availability.
Very few products may be listed as “OUT OF STOCK” or by “Special Order”, and are generally listed online as such. We will do our best to fulfil your order or find you an alternative product in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
If the note “Variation Not Available” is shown, this means the product is not available in the specific combination you have selected.
What is a "Special Order" product ?
Special Order products are not stocked in store and are generally available in 1-5 working days, subject to supplier availability. Add the product to your cart and pay securely via our checkout.
Do the prices on your online store include GST ?
Yes, the prices shown on all of our listed products on this online store all include GST. If you proceed with an order, we will issue you with a Tax Invoice and you may wish to put your business name on the invoice or otherwise a personal name is sufficient.
Do you have a showroom to view products and collect samples?
Yes. Our showroom is located at our main site: 46-52 Ferndell St South Granville 2142, Sydney NSW. Please park in the customer parking, and enter the main Showroom/Retail Store on the right hand side.
We have the full range of Laminex & Formica Colours, Plywood, Laminate Benchtops, Reflections Splashbacks, Flat Pack Kitchens, Hardware, Appliances, Wardrobes, Windows and Doors on display at our newly renovated showroom.
Colour sample chips for Laminex, Formica and Laminate Benchtops are free to collect and are generally 70x50mm in size. All are welcome into our showroom during opening hours.
Can we buy online & pick up directly from your South Granville store?
Yes. Most of our large product orders are picked up directly from our store located @ 46-52 Ferndell St, South Granville 2142, Sydney NSW. Our on the spot loading service is fast and convenient with forklift assistance available. If your vehicle cannot be loaded with a forklift, you are expected to hand load your own materials into your vehicle.
We also have sufficient space and parking on site for trucks, trailers and other large vehicles.

Do you have a payment surcharge when buying online ?
No. We encourage our customers to buy online for an easy and safe transaction. You can pay online with your Credit Card including Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay and others. We also accept Paypal, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Apple Pay online.
For in-store purchases, we do have a 1.1% Credit Card surcharge when buying over the counter. We do not accept Amex in store.
What are your shipping rates ?
Our shipping prices start from $9.90 and go up according to delivery location, product weight, quantity and product size.
We offer Free Pick-Up from our store at 46-52 Ferndell Street, South Granville Sydney NSW 2142.

Do you offer credit accounts ?
No we do not offer any credit accounts.
We only offer COD trade accounts with upfront payment to be made for all orders by credit card, bank transfer, cash or paypal.
